Cases of water?

Can you buy cases of water at the vacation club resorts? If so, how much do they cost? Thanks!

No, the stores only sell individual bottles, and they, like all things Disney, are pricey.

Resort shops sell gallon bottles of distilled water for $2.95 each.

OK - how does this work? Can you have just water delivered? Will they deliver to the front desk, and then you pick it up? or do you have them to deliver directly to your room? and do you have to be there for the delivery?

Yes,you can just have water delivered. We ordered two cases last month. They ship directly to resort via UPS. It takes about 3 days for delivery. I usually order the water about 5 days prior to arrival date. The water was in room when we checked in.

Just remember at the convention resorts there will be additional fees to pay to receive the shipment.

Lots of posts on another board (maybe the budget board?) about problems ordering water from Costco. Some people's orders go through fine; other people's orders don't.

We order groceries from Garden Grocer, so we order water from them. They have several different brands/sizes available, so you would need to see what would suit your family. They will deliver right to the resort.

If staying at BW, you can just walk across the street and grab some water at the Hess Station.

After hearing issues about Costco not shipping water to Disney resorts anymore I tried using office depot. They had free shipping for all orders when I placed the order. Case of water was $7.50 and soda was $13.50 a case. I ordered 2 cases of water and 1 case of soda to VWL for my family and 1 case of water and 1 case of soda to OKW for DIL's. It was at the front desk when we checked in and bell services delivered it, I gave them $5. Like I told my DW, "If we drink 3 bottles of water ($2.50 x 3 = $7.50) we breakeven on the the case of water, the other 21 bottles are "free".

It worked well.
