I want to order a small case of water for our stay. When we stay in a 1 bedroom villa at Disney I usually order breakfast stuff as we have the full kitchen and I use Garden Grocer. (They are great and reliable but expensive.)

Since I am only ordering water, who do you recommend that delivers to the Swan? (Will bell hop accept it as I’d rather not have to be there for delivery.)

Hi, how are you getting to the resort? We take Uber or Lyft, and we add a stop (no extra cost) at the Speedway at 300 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, which has cases of water.

Mears or sunshine, direct bus with no pit stops.

I usually go and get the little 8 pack of the 12oz bottles of Dasani from the resort gift shop. Seems like they are about $5 each, which is "disney cheap" and I don't have to worry about a delivery of any sort. Bonus: 12oz bottles seem easier on my back to carry around  it seems like it was harder to find them at the dolphin so grabbed them from the boardwalk gift shop.

Swan includes bottled water with their resort fee.

Exited to add it appears water is no longer offered as part of the resort fee.

Thanks, but we are going to need extra. Going in August, we try to stay hydrated, we bring water with us to the parks too.
Check in the swan dolphin thread in the resort board. You can get extra bottles of complimentary (not really free paid for by your resort fee) I don't think you can get a case, at one time. Unless something has recently changed, housekeeping will readily give you 6.

I believe the shipment goes to the business center, with a package acceptance fee. II'll look it up.

Edited to add a case of 24 16.9 bottles of Dasani weighs around 27 lbs. The acceptance cost for 20 to 30 lbs is $20

Not only has the resort fee increased from $35 to $40/nt, but the free bottled water has been discontinued. Marriott website now says this for the Swan -

Food & Beverages

Room service, 24-Hour
Bottled water, for a fee
Coffee maker / tea service
Instant hot water

I pack water in my suitcase. I double bag (just in case) 3 bottles of water in gallon ziploc bags and then distribute the bags of water throughout all of our bags. We fly Southwest so if I need an extra suitcase, it's not a huge deal. I re-use some of the ziploc bags for "ice packs" when we go to the park. I refill a bag with ice for the small cooler we bring for drinks to the park so they stay cold. In case this sounds incredibly wasteful, I save all of the ziploc bags and re-use them throughout the school year to keep the kids water bottle safe from their school issued ipad. Anyway, I find this easier than trying to deal with one more thing to schedule/pick up. We easily take a case of water and many other drinks (the kids only like Honest juice and I usually bring Horizon milk too) with us.

A lot of the delivery places, Amazon fresh, instacart, shipt, will have a minimum order requirement. You may be better off just ubering to the nearest gas station if you don't want to meet the minimum spend to get delivery.

Instacart, but it is probably cost prohibitive for just a case of water.

Turner Drugs delivers waters and sodas and such to the Disney resorts. Last time I paid about $8 for delivery but I am sure that the price has probably increased a bit since then.
