Case of the Disappearing Fastpass

I just logged on to MDE and one of my FP+ is gone....

I still have Anna and Elsa and Enchanted Tales w/Belle, but my Cinderella and Rapunzel is missing. We have this one for Rapunzel - this is one of the Princesses y DD4 has never met.

I don't want to make any other changes because I am scared to lose the other 2 which are obviously the most impt 2.

Ugh beyond annoyed. Leave in 4 days - any ideas?

Are you viewing your fp+ on the MDE app or on the website? I found that the app was quirky prior to our trip last month and often it would look like my fast passes "disappeared", or perhaps just one member of our party was listed, etc. The website was typically correct though. If you don't see it there you can call Disney IT and they can look into it for you. Hope you have a magical trip!

She put me on hold before she did anything because she does not want to mess up the others...ugh now SUPER nervous...

Just hung up...she is not sure what happened but they assigned a FP for any attraction at any time for that 24 hr period for all in my party! All is well!!

And the CM was super nice!!!

Now back to chanting 4 more days...4 more days!!

Glad they got it worked out!! One other thing I did was to take screen shots of each day's plans just in case I needed it later

I've heard that they aren't accepting screen shots as proof that you had a FP booked, since the FP can be changed at any time. It would be so much easier if they just gave you confirmation numbers for the FPs so you would have proof when their system messes up.
