Cartier Towncar

I just wanted to write and thank Cartier Towncar. We (4 adults and 4 children) just got back from a weeklong visit and were so happy with their service I had to write this. I was nervous about using a new service but we had a small problem. We were traveling with our 3 month old son and did not want to check his car seat. Cartier did not have an infant seat but went out and bought one for us to use. Our driver took it out of the box right before we arrived. We needed the infant seat as well as a regular car seat for a 2 year old and a booster seat for a 5 year old. Some companies wanted to charge for the use of the seats or basically said they wouldn't provide three seats for the van. Sarah at Cartier was wonderful and I would absolutely use them again. Our drivers were both very nice and we weren't rushed through our grocery stop. The van was very clean and to the delight of everyone we were picked up in a stretch limo for the return trip to the airport. It was a great surprise. Thanks again Cartier!

We returned this evening from 11 nights at WDW. I looked at several different transportation companies, but decided on Cartier since they responded quickly and professionally to my quote request. Our trip was 4 legged (MCO to OKW, OKW to DCL, DCL to BCV, BCV to MCO), and we received a very good rate. Our driver was Julio, who was not only very punctual, he was very professional and friendly with me and my entire family. We even received a complimentary upgrade from a van to a stretch limo on our transfer from DCL to BCV. One of the highpoints of our trip!

Great to see the good reviews being posted. We too have used Cartier in the past and been extremely pleased which is why in December we will use them again. I like that they respond quickly to all of my email inquiries, are always prompt and very professional!

Its good to hear good things about them! I am using them as a surprise for my BF in Jan. I cant wait!!! The thought of tooling around in a limo is an awsome thought!!!

We have booked Cartier for our trip in December. We have never done the "grocery stop" before, but have requested it this time. Where do they stop? Is it like a regular grocery store (Publix or StopnShop) or a convenience store? Do they sell beer and wine ? Thanks!

We use Cartier for our Halloween trip and had great service. Julio
was very punctual and very friendly with all members of our party.
On the one occasion that he didn't drive us, he called the other driver to make sure that everything was fine. We will definately
use their service again and will request Julio.

We just used them for our return ,they were very professional and I was really impresed.My niece left her disposable camera in the town car and she started to cry histerically whan she realized what she had done.I called immediately and spoke to Sarah and without even asking she offered to mail me the camera.She was so nice,she even had it specially packed,which was a great idea ,because, the box got drenched.

We used Cartier last month and they stopped at Publix for our grocery stop. We were very happy with them!

Our driver was Julio from MCO to ASM and he said he would stop wherever we wanted to go. We told him what types of things we wanted like fruit and beer only - no liquor - so he took us to a store that carried those things. If you want to purchase liquor I would mention it so you go to the right place. We also wanted to be sure we went somewhere that we could purchase a cheap cooler that we could just leave at the hotel when we left. We were totally satisfied. I'm so happy to hear so many other people have had as great an experience as we have! Keep it up Cartier!
