Booked a World of Color lunch package at Carthay next week and was wondering if anyone there recently can tell me what was on the current menu. I know it changes every couple of months

Honestly, if the one on allears is correct, the WOC lunch hasn't changed at all in the 2 years since I've been there.

Last Wednesday - (and I'm paraphrasing because I don't remember the details - so sorry for the bastardized version)

Starter
Red pumpkin & Thai chilli broth (had this - spicy but phenomenal!!!)
A salad with I want to say walnuts or pecans - like a typical "winter/fall salad with apples maybe?

Entrees

Some sort of fried duck - looked like fried chicken in duck form
Short rib open face sandwich w/fries (had this - phenomenal)

There were I think 4 other options.

Dessert

Pineapple sticky toffee pudding (?) with candied jalapeños (I think this was on it?) anyways - weird but as I told the server, for that combo you'd have to be confident with it to be put it on the menu - and it was awesome.

Some sort of chocolate dessert that was probably phenomenal yet was something that I see on a lot of menus. (How's that for a description?! ;) )

This was a terrible post. I'm sorry lol
