Carthay Circle Restaraunt - Lunch vs Dinner WOC viewing

Another dining question! I have lunch reservations for Carthay Circle restaurant with the world of color package. I understand it's a prix fix menu with limited selections. I was on the fence if we should do dinner instead. Can anyone speak to weather Dinner is a better choice over lunch? It's about $50 more for 2 kids and 2 adults - is it worth it/better?

If we switched to Dinner, how much time should we give ourselves to eat? Want to make sure we have enough time to go wait for the WOC spot.

With the dining package should you still get there about an hour early?

I have only bought the WoC packages with lunch at Ariel's but I have been impressed with the meals I have gotten. I like the Santa Maria steak.

We are doing the CC WOC lunch this time. I know the meal is likely smaller/simpler but the price is lower and I don't want to have any leftovers nor do i want to feel stuffed. Eating lunch allows me to have that as my primary meal of the day and do a light dinner, if needed. Truth be told, I do enjoy a nice meal but I am at DLR for the fun/rides/companionship/family time, not the food.

I would love the hear the benefits of the WOC dinner's.

I did a late (2pm) WOC lunch at CC in December and it was great. We chose the lunch option to save some $$ and had a great experience and all 4 of us loved the food.

Can't speak to how dinner compares though!

We did something similar. We did the latest lunch seating (which is 3:50 if I remember correctly) to get the lower price, but was still late enough to be an early dinner. We got snacks to eat during the show later that night and it worked out well.

For me, the extra cost for dinner just isn't worth it.
