Carseat from the airport.

Our trip to WDW will be with a 3 year-old and a 9 month-old.
I'm pretty sure Mears doesn't have car seats for our ride from the airport to WDW.

What cab/limo companies do have carseats?

Most of the towncar services will provide carseats if you make arrangements for them in advance. Why not try one of the site's sponsors? I know from personal experience that Tiffany Towncar has carseats (and good service). Your Ride is a new sponsor, but their web site says they also provide car seats.
