CARS program ended today

Heard on the news earlier that the gov't is ending the CARS program as of today. It seems they ran out of $$ and weren't paying the car dealerships in a timely fashion (most haven't seen a dime from it yet)

As I read it, the program is stopping on Monday night.

It will officially end on Monday but some dealerships are ending their participation early.
