I saw it before the advanced screening of Tangled last week and I was not impressed at all.
I know there was a huge void left in Radiator Springs because of the passing of 3 of the actors, but the new storyline is just silly, imo. I was so pumped for Cars 2, but I am thinking it will be a DVD watch for me after seeing the trailer.

Doesn't look as good as the first but at the same time doesn't look terrible. I will give it a chance. Pixar hasn't disappointed me yet.
