Cars 2 movie ticket?

I just searched every which way I could think of to see if someone had already requested it but did not see anything. Has anyone made a movie ticket for Cars 2? We are going for my son's birthday on Wednesday and would love to make some 'tickets' for him to give to the people who are going with us to celebrate. His name is Jay, he is turning 5, we are going on July 6 @ 6:45 pm if you can personalize it. Anything would be greatly appreciated!
