Carry On/Day Bag?

DH and I are looking for lightweight carry on luggage (also called 'day bags' by DCL) with spinner wheels that we can use during flights on Air Canada, so they need to be 20 inches or less in height, including wheels.
What brands are the best?

I just bought new luggage at Costco. Spinner wheels Samsonite- 2 pc. Carry on + 26"
I also saw some Carry on only recently at Costco. Can't remember the brand. But Costco usually carries decent stuff.

I'm really happy about my find. Been wanting spinner luggage. Esp for getting down those narrow airplane aisles.

We love the Heys luggage. Their carry-ons are sold at Costco sometimes for a very affordable price of around $30-$40.

I've also seen Heys Disney-themed spinner luggage at Winners. Various sizes and patterns at various stores. It's been sooooooo tempting for me while I was Christmas shopping to put a little something extra for me under the tree.

Though I haven't used it yet, it seems to be well made and is supposed to fit under a plane's seat. I'll report back once I have a chance to use it.
