Carry on Beverages

Were on the 4 day Wonder in 2002 and carried on beer in a collapsible cooler with no problem. Received cruise docs a couple of weeks back and see where they're prohibited now. Is this new or am I just paranoid?

I just got back from a 7 day cruise and did the same thing as you and had absolutely no problem getting on board.....Andy
