My 9 yr. old dd LOVES carrot cake! It's her new thing. Are there any places that are known to have it as dessert or for a snack (cupcakes maybe) or may be more likely to have it than others?

Also, I understand I might be looking for a little too much detail here, but she's not a fan of the raisins or nuts added kind...just straight up plain carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting...

She should try the carrot cake cookie at the Writer's Stop in DHS. It is two carrot cake cookies with a cream cheese filliing. Delicious! I don't recall if there are nuts or not, but I HATE raisins and don't recall them being in the cookies.

Others may be along with more information, but definitely check the bakeries for slices of cake/cupcakes of this flavor. They may be seasonal (in the fall) or not. I also remember some CS locations serving carrot cake as a dessert option. Again, I don't know specifics or the information about the nuts. Good luck on your quest!

I LOVE :lovestructhe carrot cake that you can get at POR and PORFQ I'm pretty sure it can be bought most places but its AMAZING. I never used to eat carrot cake but now I have a serious addiction to that stuff and can't wait to get back in october to have some more. OKW looks like it might have the same one.

Roaring Fork at the Wilderness Lodge has Carrot Cake Cupcakes that were wonderful.

I love the carrot cake at Wolfgang Puck, they taste sooo good.

The carrot cake cookie sandwich at Writer's Stop is awesome. I always get one (and NEVER EVER share it)

My sister and I torment each other when we go to Disney by texting pictures home of the piece of carrot cake we're eating. Carrot cake is one of my favorite before bed snacks at Disney. They have it at the food courts at All Star Resorts, Pop and POR. It does have the nuts in the frosting tho.
Geez ... I REALLY want a piece now!

They also have the carrot cake cookie in the Villains store/snack counter in DHS (on the corner as you head down to TOT).

The carrot cake cookies at Writer's Stop are the best, to me. They have no nuts (not a fan either!), but I think they might have a few golden raisins in them (so much better than normal raisins, for reasons unknown hahaha!). My 80-year old dad has eaten a piece of carrot cake every day for 40 years (he says it's good for his eyes :rotfl2:), and he tells me every time I go to Disney that I need to ship some of those cookies back to him, since they beat any other carrot cake he's ever had! :goodvibes

You guys are awesome! Thanks so much for all the info. We will definitely be checking some of those places out! My dd started doing a carrot cake dance after she read this

Note to self. Go to Bluezoo just to have the carrot cake.

Carrot Cake - Orange panacotta, orange caramel sauce, soaked carrot cake, milk chocolate disk, orange ice cream, orange milk foam

OMG, we are going to Bluezoo for the first time in Oct. and I will definitely get the Carrot Cake. I love it!

To the OP, Artist's Palette at SSR has cute little carrot cakes in cups that are Deeeeeeeeeeee-LISH! :thumbsup2

Hi
How could I find out if the carrot cookies at writers stop are OK to eat with peanut allergy? Would the Disney Reservation line know this?
