We are staying in the Carribbean beach resort for our honeymoon. Can anyone reccommend a good room. What building is the best to stay in?

You might want to read the threads listed below. Preferred locations costing extra are Trinidad North and Martinique. If you don't want to pay extra then I recommend Jamaica. I have a map with the village locations on my web site.

BTW, Martinique on the beach is a great romantic place to watch the Epcot fireworks. There are hammocks that the two of use can use to relax and enjoy.

They are preferred because they are the villages closest to Old Port Royale the food court area and the main pool.

Aruba is also across the lake from OPR. All the villages at CBR are nice. Trinidad South is far away but some like it because it is very private.

There is an internal bus that goes around the resort.

I do have pictures of all the villages up on my website.

My wife and I love Aruba, its usually pretty quiet, it has a great beach area that looks over the lake to Old Port Royale and the walk the bridge is nice. We stayed in the Aruba section last December and just this October, try and get a corner room for a little more quietness.

I was thinking about aruba. We are requesting a king bed. Do they have king beds in the corner rooms?

Not all corner rooms are kings. We have stayed in several that had the 2 double beds.

We were in Trinidad South in the furthest building. It was quite a haul to the food court and theme pool. We had a car, so we drove to the food court.

We had a King Bed on the second floor in Aruba section with a courtyard view. The corner rooms are nice, they have an extra window which gives more light into the room.

CONGRATULATIONS WE ARE STAYING AT CBR ALSO FOR OUR HONEYMOON. WE LOVED TRINIDAD NORTH. pirate: BUT I SEE YOU ARE THERE. HAVE FUN

DH and I honeymooned at CBR in April and it was great! We were in Jamaica, building 42, and it was great! We had a corner 2nd floor room with a water view. We also had a king bed, and since it was a corner room had an extra window which made the room even nicer. We loved our room. It wasn't that far from the bus stop, one of the smaller pools was right there, we were right by the beach and the water too. I was concerned at first about the distance from OPR. Walking there in the mornings was no problem at all. We would walk over to fill up our mugs and then catch the bus there at the bus stop. Then coming back in the evenings Jamaica was almost always the first stop also which was wonderful after a full day of walking the parks!

Have fun and congrats on your wedding! :bride:

Can we get a king size bed, with a pullout sofa for out 2yr old and 8 yr old at CB?

To my knowledge, there are no rooms with pull out couches. If you and your DH can sleep in a double bed, the 8 year old could have the other bed, and the two year old could sleep in a crib or an air mattress on the floor.
