Carriage rides at POFQ?

Are these actually the ones that leave from POR?
Can they pick up at POFQ? or maybe drop us off back at POFQ, so we don't have to walk back.

They pick you up and drop you off in front of Boatwright's. You could always ask if they would drop you elsewhere and see what they say.
