Carpool to CP Check-In!

Check In: January 6
Driving through: Southern Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and northern Florida. I'm also able to go through Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia, then on to Florida. It just depends on where people are that need a ride! Let me know!

Bomb idea! If I get in I'll be driving down so I'll be able to help someone else out too, but not sure yet! I'm driving down from MA so basically the entire east coast lol. Might end up doing the 95 route down but supposedly that takes longer so we'll see!

I'm arriving Jan 6 and won't have a car. Do we need to call a cab if we're staying at a hotel really close? It might be difficult to lug everything across the street but would it be necessary to call a cab? Maybe I could just hitch a ride over to vista the next morning? haha

DtD and Vista are on opposite sides of I-4. I'll pay the $10 not to get myself and my luggage run over

Just make sure to coordinate with the people you give rides to, to make sure that all your luggage and items your bringing will fit in the car!! I know I packed a TON and there was barely room for my mom and I. haha. Great, friendly idea though!

I'll be in the same situation. Are you staying at the Holiday Inn? If so, if it looks too hard to lug our crap across the street, I'll split a cab with you.

I haven't made any reservations yet (although I really should...like today) haha but yes, that was the plan. Spliting a cab would be excellent! Have you made your reservations yet?

so i have a dilemma, i live in south texas and I have a pt cruiser with a ****load of miles on it so my mom who purchased the car doesnt want me driving it to florida.
she said if i fly, she'll pay to have it transfered which is like 500 dollars each way which i would rather not do b/c its so pricey.

so if anyone has a truck or suv that they're travelling with and wouldnt mind towing me, we should talk! i can take driving shifts and pay for like at least 60% of the gas since the trailer will cause you to lose mileage.

i can drive up to houston and meet someone so just let me know please!
