I've had surgery on both wrists but still have problems on the left hand. Which rides would require you to put strain on your wrists?

Any of the rides that involve lots of movement tend to have either seat belts or other individual restraints. I knopw that I will tend to want to hold on with my hands) only on Dinosaur and BTMRR because of their roughness.
