We are booked into the Camelot for 7 nights but I have been rethinking me choice.

Can anyone help me with this choice,..... Camelot or Carousel?

P.S. We are not traveling with kids.... mom and daughter trip. :cheer2:

Here's my review of the Carousel. I thought it was an OK place to stay, but wouldn't go back if I didn't get a great deal.

Have you checked tripadvisor? They both appear to get similar reviews. I haven't stayed at Camelot, but my impression is that they're pretty similar -- average quality motels, not terrible and not outstanding. I thought the beds were comfy at Carousel, but housekeeping was very lax. Hint - if you go with Carousel, get the room with two queens, even if it's just two of you. The rooms with one queen are tiny; we couldn't even fit our luggage.

I haven't stayed at the Carousel, but I think the Camelot is fine.

The Camelot Inn isn't fancy, but it's very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed there for 5 nights, and I thought that the housekeeping at the Camelot was consistently good.

The continental breakfast was fine, and I also didn't have any issues with parking.

I would not stay at the carousel again. Very humid rooms and we left with rashes.

Good luck on your choice.

I don't know the various hotels/motels in the area well enough to give a recommendation. There are lots of others on this board that could give a better recommendation. But based on those recommendations, I can tell you that when we return after Thanksgiving with our 6 yo granddaughter, we're staying at Hojo's. Reserved at the entertainment rate. :thumbsup2

We are planning at this point staying at the fairfield inn. I heard great things about this place.
