Carolyn Allens and Keepsake Floral . . . . .

Any comments on their services? Steaming and Tux rentals? Bouquet pick up? ALSO Past Disney brides, does anyone remember if they had to pay additional to keep the grooms tux a day or 2 longer for the MK photo session?

Keepsake picked up my bouquet the day after the wedding as far as I know. They are calling me on Monday to begin talking baout what I want done to it. I will keep ya posted.

We are currently using keepsake for our engagement. they picked up flowers from akl last sat. and we are now sending some other items to put in a shadow box. It is quite pricey (about $255 for an 8x10 shadow box) but I think in 10 years it will be a great way to look back on everything. Actually it was mt fiancee's idea and he set everything up with a woman named heather. I will let you know how it turns out!

We used Carolyn Allens in July and they were GREAT!! The tux was delivered a day earlier than expected (we werent even there yet!). It fit perfect...and it wasn't an easy fit!! We left it at the bell services the day after the wedding and I guess it was picked up from there.

I called when I got home and told them what wonderful service they gave us. They actually called last week and told us they forgot to charge us and they were doing it then. To tell you the truth I hadn't even realized it!

I would DEFINITELY use them again...they are better than our neighborhood guy we are using for the recepetion!

I used Carolyn Allens for steaming my dress and they were excellent! Great service, price, and came to our room. It was very easy and I would highly reccomend it.

We had our MK photo shoot 4 days after the wedding and Carolyn Allen didn't charge us extra for the days we had it. We were told just to give them a call the day we wanted them picked up and from which hotel and that was fine.

Has anyone had them for tuxes and not stayed on site? We're staying at the villas of somerset off the 192 and were wondering if they would still come out to drop the tuxes off.

Yes we stayed at the Hilton Hotel near Seaworld and Carolyn Allen came to our hotel to do the measurements and dropped the suits off there. We were staying on Disney property after the wedding so we left the suits to be collected with Bell Services, everything went smoothly.
