Hey!
I wound up not doing either skating or walking yesterday. I was just flat out tired. I had late flights both Wed and Thursday and between that and TOM I felt like I had been hit by a truck LOL!
However, stayed OP (Phase I again!) for food!
And I got on the scale this morning. 176! Another pound and a half gone! YEAH!!!!

Since my goal is to average 1 pound a week and so far in January I have done 6 pounds I am on track (I know there will be slow downs so getting a head start now would be good) That also means I met my January Challange.
Not sure what I am going to do today. The weather is an issue. It may "snow" here. Now for those of you who shovel daily (HI BETH!) this may sound funny, but here in Nashville we don't do snow here. First as soon as they mention snow we all

to the grocery to stock up..... for the next year LOL! Then at snowflake one we all drive into each other. We are pathetic! I would like to walk so I might just need to get off the PC and start hiking before it gets cold and starts raining (which would proceed any snow!)
I would like to join a gym, but since I will list the house this week and hopefully move soon, it doesn't seem worth it.
