Caricture Drawings in the world?

I was hoping to find a place somewhere in WDW that will do caricture drawings of my children. (I don't even know if I am spelling this right. I'm talking about the funny drawings that kind of look like you but they exaggerate your features a bit and make you look a little funny.) Has anyone ever seen this done anywhere?

there is a kiosk on Main st that also does silohettes that can do it for you...there may be others too

I was wondering the same thing. When I was a kid (20 or so yrs. ago) we had caricatures done of each kid by a real Disney cartoonist somewhere in the MK. I still have mine and treasure it.

I would love to have these done for my children if they still offer them.

We just had one drawn of my son in Nov., but it was at the CBR. There is a stand set up in the building that houses the food court, gift shop, and arcade. It is right outside of the arcade. The caricature came out really cute.

There are many places you can have this done at WDW. My daughter had it one drawn at both the CBR and POR. You can find an artist doing the drawings in the evening at the resorts. As well as the parks and DTD during the day and evening.

There is also an artist that does carictatures at the entrance of All Star Movies food court. I believe he is only there in the evenings. We had one done in October '02, and it came out fantastic!

Found this service in the Animal Kingdom and it is very cute. The artists are amazing to watch. The paper they draw on is specific to the park where you buy the caricature. The one we did at the AK says "Animal Kingdom" on it and has a border of animals. Hope this helps!

What's the price on these and the silhouettes?

I think the caricature we had done was about $15 or so. You can also buy a sturdy cardboard tube to store it in until you get home, for about $3.

Oh, and we had a choice of black and white or color. The color caricatures cost a bit more.

We had 2 caricatures done at Disney Marketplace. Ours were pretty expensive - about $35 a piece. They were worth it - it's a fun keepsake.
