Caricatures outside of the parks

Me, DH & DD had caricatures done at Disney and I'd like to get one of our dog so that the whole family can hang on the wall. Do any of you know if there are stands anywhere outside the parks or in the vicinity where I can have one of the dog done? I can't recall from last years visit.

There is a stand across from Emeril's at CityWalk...if I remember correctly. I don't know what the rules are but I don't see why you couldn't get one done of the dog but I have no idea.
