Caribbean beach with food allergies

We are thinking about switching from POR to CBR.

I have about a dozen food allergies and I was just wondering how they are with food allergies.
Specificaly....allergy waffles. Can they make them and do they have the namaste mix?
Do they have allergy chicken tenders?
And how accommodating are they in general with allergies? We will be eating there every breakfast and 3 or so lunches/dinners.

They have allergy free chicken tenders and Namaste waffle mix. As well as many gluten free options, Rice dream and Soy milks and ice creams. My son is milk/soy/egg and special diets sent me the milk and soy free pdf files for all the WDW restaurants on property.
