Caribbean beach completion

Hi all - in a nutshell can anybody tell me if most of the work at the cbr will be completed by apr 2019? i can see lots of cbr discussion pages but i don't have time to read through the hundreds of posts as i need to book a vacation promply

Centertown and Old Port Royal should be completed in December 2018.
The Riviera Resort should be completed by Fall 2019.
The Skyliner Gondola should be completed by May 2019.
