Has anyone had any trouble getting the voucher? Supposed to get it within 72 hours, it's been a week. When I log in on the website, it states "awaiting confirmation from supplier"

Did you pay a deposit only? If so then you wont get your voucher till
6 weeks before departure.

No, paid full amount (it's only car hire for 1 day).
I phoned today and they said they'd email me the voucher today and haven't received anything.
Website still says "awaiting confirmation from supplier"
