CARES Kids Fly Safe and Airtran Business Class

We are going to be using the CARES Kids Fly Safe for the first time (though haven't gotten it yet). We are also considering upgrading to Airtran's business class, if it is available.

Does anyone know if the CARES will fit around the Airtran business class seats? I've read reviews that it doesn't fit around SOME first class/business class seats, but not about Airtran particularly.

Both our flights are on the Boeing 717-200 (that's the 3/2 in each row of coach).
