Cards Arrived Today

Official Cards arrived today. We purchased in December on the Disney Wonder. So for those who have asked, I guess it took just over 6 months.

Plan to use them in December after our next Disney Cruise.

Oh man, first, congratulations to you for receiving your cards. But if you purchased in December, and got your cards in July, we're in deep trouble when we go next month. We signed the end of March, closed the end of last month, and our temporary cards state they expire August 4th (we're going down for our first trip home August 9th). This could get interesting if we're asked to show our cards for anything!

CONGRATS!! we just purchased a resale in May and we can't wait to get ours... We haven't received our temps yet, maybe I should call and ask about that...

We closed on a resale the beginning of June and for some reason got a call last week from Disney asking us if we had received our cards yet. They said if we didn't get them in the next two weeks to call them back. Thought that was strange, from what I've read I wasn't expecting cards for a couple of months.

We got that same call from the Quality Control folks. The person i spoke with seemed a bit puzzled when I told him we had received our Member Handbooks but no cards. He also said to call back in two weeks if we still had not gotten them.
We closed on May 6th and was in the system about 2 weeks later.

I received a call from Larry in QA about two weeks ago asking if I had received the member guidebook and cards. We closed in May and he seemed quite surprised as well that we have received nothing. He suggested I call back in two weeks...did that this week. He was shocked that I had not received at least the guidebook. He offered to reorder for me stating it would take another 4-6 weeks for the book but the cards should arrive before that.

I asked if the order could be expedited since this looked like a customer satisfaction QA issue and he said that was not possible! Sounds like another dead end to me.

That's interesting, we got the guidebooks a couple of days after we closed, but no membership cards of any kind. I would have thought the guidebooks could be sent immediately and you would have to wait 4-6 weeks for the cards.

I close in June and received my guide book last week. When I called to make ressies, I asked them to look up for my member # and told them I don't a member card yet. I was told that the card usually arrives in 6 weeks.

We also closed 28 June, received our member guidebook yesterday. We haven't received any cards. Interestingly enough, our guide is the same person we initially bought SSR through then cancelled. We bought a resale at OKW instead.

We just closed on June 29th. We also received books this week but no temp cards.

We closed in March. Did not receive anything (including temp cards) until late June when we received a Member Handbook. Our membership cards arrived during the last week of June. Oddly enough, a second duplicate set of membership cards arrived today. (I say duplicate, they state the we have been a member since May not March.) I must have called MS and complained one too many times.
