Does anyone here use a Cardioglider machine to workout at home? I have one that I will use occassionally, but have never really been consistent enough to see any results. For anyone who does use one, have you had much success with losing weight/inches? Do you use the resistance pulls on the sides or do you use the machine without resistance? The infomercials make these machines look so easy and it is easier to use without the resistance pulls, but I'm not convinced I'm benefiting by using this machine.
