Card Expiration - How do we get a new one?

I just noticed my card (blue) has an expiration date of 12/31/21, but I haven't received a new one? Do I have to ask for one?

You have almost 1 year to go, you should get a new one in the mail before you expire.

If by January 2022, you have forgotten to get the new one or left it at home, it is super easy to pull up an electronic version on a smartphone. (Screenshot it if you are concerned about connectivity issues later on.)
