There are three different choices for card boxes, the bird cage, cake or the card box, the cost is $25 for the rental, which one did you guys use?

Did you guys rent them or did you bring your own?

Thanks :)

We brought one from home and it was shapped like a birdcage. We put it on a table near where most guests entered and put some other things on the table also - a shutterfly book with our engagement pictures and a few other decorations. Now let me tell you NO ONE USED IT. I even decorated it with some red ribbon. Everyone gave us their envelopes at the end of the reception. I did not have a bag to put them in because I figured everyone would use the birdcage. One of our guests gave us a gift (a camera) in a nice wedding giftbag. I put all our cards in this bag. I wish I had known and I would have kept the wrapping for the birdcage and returned it when we got home.

We're using a pretty little white basket i got for $1.50 at goodwill! It just small and simple and my moh is going to toss her card in first so people know what it is for. I didnt want to do anything too big.

My mom made ours using a white fake pumpkin

and with all our out of town guests, that thing was stuffed :lmao:

We went and got one of the Mickey head shaped hat boxes at World of Disney and then just got adhesive letters from the craft store and labeled it "Cards".

Worked really well! :thumbsup2

OMG that pumpkin one is AMAZING I wanted to make white pumpkin centerpieces but never found enough, oh well... and here i was all proud of the one I made ...

I got a big round box and two small ones and made mickey, covered it in white satin and then made mickey's out of rhinestones all over it. If I ever hook my camera up I will post pictures.

The pumpkin is just tooo cute. DD is marrying a marine, so we were thinking of using one of his combat boots ( cleaned up of course) or possible a ammo tin. Instead of favors, we making a donation to a marine organization and thought we could put both on the same table.
