Does anyone know how many carbs are in soybeans? Also tofu? I love to eat edamame which are boiled soybeans but my guess is that they may be high in carbs?
(I bought the Dr. Aktins Carb Carb Gram Counter book but the page for Beans, Legumes and Tofu was missing!)
