Caramel Kiss hot beverage at Epcot

Is this something that is still available, and if so, where? Over the past year, I read about this being one of the best non-alcoholic beverages offered at the holidays, yet I have not seen it on any menu for the Festival of Holidays. Is it gone?

I haven't seen it on menu this year.

I bought this during our Christmas trip in 2015 and it seems to me that I bought it at a kiosk that was a part of the Karamel Kuche (the Werther's store in Germany). I was looking for it too on all the menus for this year's expanded festival as it was unbelievably delicious! Maybe it's not considered part of the festival?
