They have caramel apples at Karamell-Kuche in Epcot-Germany. I have a link here to a Disney Food Blog with pics of the caramel apples. I think the sign says $6.29 and the pic is from 2013. That's too high-priced to use a snack credit. Other pics show items with the square purple DDP sign after the price -- that indicates a snack credit can be used. I'll say that anything from that store is very, very good!

On a previous thread no one posted any place with caramel apples for a snack credit and there are no caramel apples listed on the 2014 Confirmed Snack thread at the top of this Dining Plan board. If the plain caramel apples are $6.29 that is well above the cut off point for snack credits.
