We will be going on a disney cruise after 5 days at disney world with dd 1 and dd 4. We will be renting a car, so we will be bringing our carseats. Is there somewhere we can have these stored while on the ship other than in our stateroom?

If you want to save the trouble of bringing your car seats most car rental agency's have car seats available at no etra charge. Airlines will also now provide infant seats. You just have to let them know in advance.

We opted to rent carseats from Avis. They used to be $5/day, but now they've raised it to $8/day!!! At this price, it may be worth it to stash your carseats in the cabin. Also - how much does your 4yo weigh? Is she big enough for a belt-positioning booster? There are some backless ones that are inexpensive (might be less cost than a week long carseat rental) that would be fine for travel.

I think law in Florida is children under age 4 or under 40 lbs need to be restrained in a car seat ... Both Hertz and Avis charge $8-$9 a day for rental ... just more info to help you make the best decision for your family ... :)
