Car Seat Q?

Im from the UK so dont know Florida law at all, but from my understanding from reading these boards I dont need a car seat can anyone confirm?

I have twins who will be 8 months old, We arrive by plan will take Disneys Magical Express, Use Disney Trasnport while on site, Use two taxis to go shopping off site and will use Disney trasport to and from the DCL cruise terminal. Is this correct?

I don't believe that taxis are exempt from the car seat law in Orlando, unlike major cities.

You will be fine on all of the Disney transportation. You can request car seats for the taxis though I personally wouldn't trust their safety. Who knows if they've been in an accident, if the seat expired, etc. We did not start taking taxis until our DS was old enough to sit in a booster. I just didn't trust the infant or toddler car seats I saw in the cabs.
