Car Seat and Stroller Issues

We do not like to schlep our car seat when we travel so we rent one from hertz. So far these have always looked brand new. On our last trip they were the kind that fit with the metal tab right into the new cars. Also they have always been installed when we arrive and they are tight!! Right now they have a free car seat promotion. We like to gate check the stroller so we can keep better tabs on DD5 at the airport. Our DD hardly ever uses a stoller except when we travel and she thinks it's fun and loves it at the end of the day when she is tired. Just one more opinion.
