For the one day we are going to universal, shuttles seem expensive ie extra 40 per ticket to include shuttle, when I can rent car for 40 and pay 20 for parking.

Now is it possible to to get an Uber around 630 to Alamo so that can be leaving parkade about 715-730

Why not rent the car at the Alamo location at the Disney Car Care center they open at 6:00 a.m Alamo has a shuttle van that will come and pick you up for free. That way you don't have to waste the morning going all the way back to the airport to get the car then drive all the way back to Universal.

yeah uber is like same price as renting car but save money on parking but only thing i've noticed that i forgot is with the kids id have to bring car seats on the plane if i dont use shuttle. i've heard that uber does offer service with but more expensive and heard not regulated much like taxis on the car seats.

will magical express take the car seats from the plane and bring to the hotel so dont have to lug it around

If you're using the car seats on the plane, then you're going to have to handle them yourselves. DME grabs baggage from the baggage claim items...properly tagged bags get pulled as soon as they come off the plane, and get delivered to your room. If you don't tag a bag, that bag goes to baggage claim and is picked up, at some point, by DME personnel. Anything you have on the plane with you, stays with you and is transported on the same bus you ride to your resort on.

yeah they won't need the seats on the plane as both over 40lbs but that being said normally they gate check those items. Also I dont know how I feel about checking them anyways. Would definately save on dragging the seats around with us on and off plane and such.
