Car rental question

I am staying on site and don't want to pick the car up from the airport (but do want to drop it back there). Probably only need a compact car. Have usually gone with Alamo but wonder who else people recommend. My preference is to pay in advance and include all insurances etc. It will be for January for about two and a half weeks.

What do you think? Thanks for your thoughts!

Everyone likes different car rental companies, I had a bad experience with Alamo in 2000, took me til last year to give them another go this time had no problem at all. Dollar in Los Angeles is the worst I have ever dealt with but Dollar Orlando brilliant, by far my fave company, I collect in 2 weeks time from Dollar Tampa.
They all have good and bad cars, good and bad staff, all down to who/what you get on the day.

I believe Alamo collect you from your Disney hotel a take you to the Car Care centre, Dollar you would have to goto DTD and walk across the road to the Wyndham(Formerly Regal Sun)

Definitely book in advance, saw someone on another forum post this week, they paid over double by turning up at the desk.

We too have used Dollar and Alamo without problem. Last year we used Hertz - again no problems. I think it is Alamo who have a desk at the Dolphin hotel - or they did when I was looking last year. We were staying at POFQ before moving into a villa. In the end it was easier for us just to collect from the airport when we landed

Jan 6 to 24 is £316 pre-pay. Brits guide gets it to £287 but I have to pay in dollars at the end of the trip so depends on the exchange rate. Both pick up disney car care drop off airport for a compact.
