car rental question.. can you tow?

I have friends that are driving to WDW in November to camp at FW. They want to rent a van/SUV that will tow their pop up camper (their car isn't very big, and they are a total of 6 people heading down so they need more passenger space).

Do rental companies have vehicles available with a tow hookup?

has anyone done this, and can recommend a rental company?

Having been very bored one day at an airport, I actually read some of the conditions on my rental car (either Hertz or National) and they specifically rule out towing. I think it would be easy to catch the offenders (the tow hitch would be a giveaway!)

I am actually fairly sure most of the major car rental companies will not allow towing, but I would suggest they call to be sure.
