Car rental pickup-Wyndham resort???

We have a car reserved to pick up at Wyndham resort, DLE?, Lake Buena Vista. We will be picking the car up from Caribbean Beach Resort. It is being rented thru Dollar Rent A Car. Has anyone rented from this spot before? Is it convenient to get to? Will they pick you up at CBR to go get the car? Thanks for any info.

We have used this location many times without any problem at all. They do offer free shuttle service, if needed. I believe they ask you to call the day before to arrange pickup at your resort. They will also provide a free ride back to your resort after drop off, but I usually just make the quick walk to Downtown Disney and take a resort bus from the Marketplace bus stop.

I rented from them in April. I called on Monday to arrange for pickup on Thursday. The driver was a little scary with his driving but it was fine (I had my husband come with me so I wouldn't be alone in a car with a stranger driving. They have a limited selection of cars (about 10) and will probably only have 1 in the class you rented. I was upgraded for free because they didn't have the class I had rented (mid-sized I think). I returned the car at the airport so I can't speak about returns. They was no pressure to buy the add-ons.

We like having a car to drive ourselves to and from the parks, along with trips to Target for food/diapers, and meals off-site. There was 4 of us (3 adults and a nearly 3 year old) last trip and we didn't want to deal with all the luggage, carry-ons, stroller and carseat with renting at the airport. We took DME to Pop Century and rented the car later the same day
