Other than the airport I know that all three onsite hotels have a place to rent from Hertz

Alamo has a car rental place at the Sheraton Studio City hotel which is about 1/2 a mile from US/IOA.

Across the street from the PBH, DoubleTree has an Avis and the Holiday Inn has a Budget in it.

Walkable to/from the parks...prolly like 15 minutes.
