I have made reservations online through grandcaymanexcursions.com. I booked with Cico Avis. However, I am unable to confirm my reservation with Avis through their toll free numbers. Here's my questions: has anyone booked online with Cico Avis, with a pickup at the Blue Iguana Souvenir store? Was your car there when you went to pick it up? Alternatively, which car rental agency has the most convenient pickup location to the port? Thanks for your help.
