I just browsed some rates (with coupon codes) for a car rental and the prices are out of control. when is the best time to keep a watchful eye for a great deal?

Have you checked out the listings that Mousesavers has? I usually start with them... but I am worried about your dates. Isn't that Easter week? I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find something cheaper but it IS one of the busiest weeks of the year.
