Car rental discount broker?

Back in February I saw a thread for discount rental brokers. Now that I need it I can't find it. Anyone remember anything about it?

You may want to post this on the transportation board. www.mousesavers.com has some great ideas for saving money at the car rental places. I just reserved my rental this week with National. Mousesavers gives you a link for joining National's Emerald Club for free, plus numerous discount codes. I used the code for Emerald Club (listed on mousesavers) and that gave me the best discount for what I wanted. I hope this helps you!
