Good morning all I am wondering if anyone has used UT for car rental and if it went smoothly, if you can go directly to your car, and if there were any hidden costs at the counter thank you so much. The deal seems too good to be true!
We've used them 2x to rent a car with Avis. We had to go to the counter, and they tried to upsell their insurance, but we declined and there were no hidden costs. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

How's the counter line at MCO? I always avoid using any rental agency that forces me to the counter due to the lines I've seen when walking to the garage.

I have used them twice also and there deals for rental cars are great except you can't use your rewards to skip the line and go directly to the car. Both times we had to stand in line for over an hour. It was a pain in the butt but the deal was too good to pass up. I would still use them for the great price. No additional charges except extras you ask for.

We just used them and had no problems with our Budget rental. The rate was over half less of the rates from Costco at the time, but Costco did come down into the same range. When I brought it up in my Budget rewards account, it did let me do online check-in, but I had a problem with adding my CC number, it saying whatever card I inputed was invalid. At the counter, the agent said I could’ve gone to the garage kiosk and added my CC there, but the counter line was short, about a 10 minute wait, so it wasn’t a big deal.
