Car Rental Codes for January?

Most of the coupon codes and discounts I've found are good through 12/31/06 and we arrive Jan 1st. Anybody know when we will start seeing deals for next year? Does anyone have any codes that might work for our trip?

I've been wondering the same thing..... I currently have a reservation with Dollar for 1 week (1/20-1/27) for a minivan for $383. I made that reservation some time ago, it would be even higher if I booked today. I gotta believe there will be some codes coming out to drop that price... Anyone?

Well, I spoke too soon. After I posted my message, above, I decided to try Dollar's website again. I have checked from time to time, but the rates have seemed to go only up. Today, it dropped! What was $383/week for a minivan is now $315.99/week. You probably don't even need to enter a rate code, but if you do, use the rate or promotion code RDUW5. We are going 1/20 to 1/27, but I assume this code will work on other dates, too. Good luck.

I just cheked my Dollar rental for April and it went from $411 to $363. Not bad! I origianlly went through www.vacationoutlet.com.

My 2006 entertainment book has various coupons for Avis, Budget, & Hertz that don't expire until June 2007. Our situation is different bcz we are using miles to get free airfare and couldn't get into MCO. We're flying into JAX and I was able to get $236 including taxes/fees for an SUV weekly rental through Enterprise. A minivan was about $50 more.

Originally I was going to do two one way rentals using the WDW car care center. It was pretty cheap a few weeks ago but I didn't book it then Now the prices have shot up so I might as well do a week long rental.
