car rental at Royal Pacific Resort

We will be staying at RPR in June for 3 nights and then switching to another hotel for 7 days. I have heard there is a Hertz onsite at RPR. We don't need a car while at Universal, but will need one when we check out. Has anyone used this car rental site? If we rent from here can we return the car to the airport?
