Car rental at park

Can you rent a car on property. We are staying at POR and would like to go to IOA for the day. Any suggestions?

Yes, Alamo/National have rental cars at the WDW car care center.
That location is listed on the Alamo site and the National site.
There are shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off.
I believe there is also a counter at the Swalphin.
