Car parks, shuttle buses, hours and haircuts!

Hiya folks!

Long time since I've been on here, been to Orlando last summer for the first time since.

We're off to France this year for summer holidays and off course couldn't let pass an opportunity to renew friends with DLP! (Last visit was Christmas period 2005).

Forgive me for bunching a few unrelated questions in one post, I thought it better than 3 or 4 separate ones.

Normally we've stayed on-site at one of the Disney hotels, but this year I've booked the Dream Castle Hotel independantly, not through Disney as a package (much cheaper, I even got the 3 day hopper tickets for £13 less than Disney through TPTD!).

Does anyone know answers to any of these questions?

1. can I still use the disney shuttle to/from the hotel, when is the first/last bus, does the journey take long, considering it goes round other hotels

2. can I avail of EMH as a guest at this hotel

3. can I park free at the Park or village, if not what is the daily fee and can you leave and come back on the same parking ticket

4. is Dapper Dan's Hair Cuts still there and where can I find out costs

5. is the buffet at Plaza Gardens still e20 and what times do they serve it from/to

Sorry for all these random questions, but I know there's a wealth of knowledge and experience out there!

There is a shuttle bus that services the Dream castle. Holiday Inn, Explorer and Kyriad that operates between the parks and the hotels throughout the day.

Not so sure about EMH, since having not booked it as a package I'm guessing unfortunately not

You will have to pay to park at the Village/park. I recall it was about 6-8€.

You can use the shuttle bus however you booked your holiday. We stayed at Explorers and used it. It was about every 20 mins but got crowded as it served 4 hotels. It didnt take long to get there. Unsure what time it starts/end but I assume at least half hour before park opening (poss longer)and for a while after closing

2. can I avail of EMH as a guest at this hotel

I thought EMH was only for guests of on site Dis hotels (inc DCR) and those guests with dream AP wherever they were staying

3. can I park free at the Park or village, if not what is the daily fee and can you leave and come back on the same parking ticket

Some hotels do offer free parking at the park but not the village so worth checking when you check in
