Lots of hugs, I know exactly how you feel (lad crashed into me head on in March, just got a new replacement car on Thursday). You will feel sore and stiff for quite a while, get down to your doctors for a higher dose pain killer, nip to Wilkinsons and buy some heat pads (2 for £1) place these where you ache the most, they really help. Don't be surprised if you feel tired and weepy, it is only natural your body has been through a nasty shock. Take it easy.
Just seen this message, so sorry to hear this, Mandy. Plenty of and I hope you are feeling better real soon. I know it is the emotional side that is the hardest to get over, so keep treating yourself and being looked after.
Sorry about the latest bad news, but hope you get better soon. Cars can be mended or replaced. We were unfortunately involved (no fault) in a fatal accident a number of years ago and it haunts you forever, no matter that there was nothing you could have done.
Have a good old blub when you feel like it, don't bottle it up. Get it out
